Kundan has State-of-the-Art plant equipped with ultra modern high-tech
multi-station cold forging latest automatic machines and other facilities
including Thread Rolling, Tapping, Trimming, Secondary Operation
Machines etc - all under one roof. We have in-house tool room and
make critical dies ourselves.
We have on-line quality systems which ensure for
the zero rejection and high quality products. We are doing special
surface treatment of Stainless Steel Fasteners to obtain bright silver
finish. The special polished fasteners have much better gloss than
nickel/chrome plating and aesthetically better with higher corrosion
resistance. The special surface treatment is carried out, by which
corrosion resistance of our fasteners is enhanced manifold than the
others available in the market.
