Kundan has attained ISO/TS 16949: 2002 certification in Feb., 2006 and earlier were having ISO 9002 & QS 9000 accreditation for Automobile & General Engineering.

We have in-house Physical and Chemical testing facilities equipped with sophisticated instruments. Critical Parameters are checked on-line and finally each piece is sorted out before dispatch.

Having “TRACEABILITY SYSTEM” to find out history of the product; a batch number is allocated, which is available on every packing box. This ensures for quality and confidence in the product.

Our approach is Lean and Quality Product of International Standards with Zero Defects.

Tensile Strength, Hardness, Elongation are regularly checked as per the requirement and laboratory is equipped with UTM, Rockwell Hardness Machine, Profile Projector and other Physical Testing Machines including Microscope.

The Chemical Laboratory is having the facility of Elemental Analysis (Chemical Composition) and Salt Spray Chamber for Corrosion Test.
